A non-refundable of 50% retainer payment is due to hold all rental items. Final payment will be due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. If your event is less than 14 days, we required full payment to be made at the time of booking. Please note, all reservation are non-refundable regardless of the reason of cancellation.
We require a valid state - issued driver's license or a government issued ID card with a street address on it for first time rentals. The information will be stored in our system for future rentals.

Absolutely, please note that most of rental items are staged and wrapped and ready for delivery, therefore, you will need to contact our office to setup an appointment. In addition, most of our rentals are viewable online as well.
