Delivery is based off the distance from our warehouse to event location.

Note: If the delivery includes stairs or an excessive walk over (50 ft) from where we parked the delivery vehicle, there is an additional fee. The delivery fees includes a four hour window of time in which deliver and pickup during regular business hours (Monday - Saturday from 8am-5pm).

Access must include vehicle parking near the venue entrance. Someone must be present or available to grant access and answer driver questions during the entire 4 hours window unless we have access to a secure area that is protected from possible inclement weather. There is a surcharge for after-hours delivery, call us for details.
All rentals will remain with the customer from the time of delivery to time of pick-up. Please be sure that the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. We charge replacement costs for missing items, breakage and damaged items.

Note: Set-up and tear- down are not included in delivery fee, but are available upon request for an additional charge at checkout. Customer must provide a complete diagram at least 48 hours prior to delivery date. Upon pick-up all items should be staged and ready in the same manner they were received and must be consolidated in one location. Additional fee will be assed if the items are not available on the pick-up date but not limited to locked gates, garages, doors or unattended residences.
